That’s All Folks! Don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere. Paul created this fun image for the final issue of SCHMETZ Inspired to SEW #100-The Index. I love it! If you remember Bugs Bunny, you may note a resemblance to the end of the cartoon with the affable Porky Pig. Lol…
Take note of what I’m wearing. I made a new wrap over Easter weekend with three striking, but underused scarves that basically collected dust in the closet. I always liked those big, juicy lips, but could never give away nor donate the scarves. Can you relate? Mary Mulari gets the full credit for my scarf wrap binge. By the time you receive this newsletter, I may have made another “stylish” wrap.
On May 12–14th, I’ll be vending in Beaver Dam, WI at the Nancy Zieman Weekend. See details below. Rita and Mary are reviving their popular Midwest YaYa Sisters performance. Will they need one of my wraps for demonstration? I’ll share the directions for the wrap as soon as Mary makes it available. You'll be able to find it on my personal blog,
This week I’m dipping my toes into the public by taking a trip to AQS Quilt Week Show in Paducah KY. I don’t have a role there, except to meet up with stitch buddies known and unknown. Rita Farro is going with me. Whether you see us in Beaver Dam or Paducah, be sure to say hi and tell me which SCHMETZ needle is your favorite.
