Dear VMC Family and Friends,
When the year comes to an end, it feels like the perfect time to pause and reflect, and at VMC, we cannot wrap 2025 without thanking you for showing up to support our neighbors, our staff, and our overall mission time after time.
2025 was challenging, to say the least, but together, we have navigated the uncertainty, embraced the growing needs, and adapted to overcome the daily challenges. This year, we were reminded that our VMC volunteers, donors, leadership, and staff will remain fiercely committed to every person’s right to a safe place to call home, regardless of the challenges.
From clothing and household donations to staff treats and words of encouragement, from attending our golf, Wine and Shine, and Carry the Torch fundraisers, to designating current or future estate gifts, your generosity in 2025 helped us provide critical resources to our neighbors who depend on us.
As we look forward to 2026, we are excited to continue to build upon the foundation laid over 3 decades ago…the one that brings each of us together year after year-- securing healthier, safer, and longer futures for the vulnerable people who call Knoxville “home.”
We all wish you a joyous and healthy New Year! We cannot wait to begin 2026 and build what’s next (with you)!
