Prairie Green grass seed is the popular choice of our customers, and we have plenty readily stocked for your seeding needs.

SPSeed's normal hours of operation will resume Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. We will be open every Saturday from May 8 - June 12, 2021.

FIVE Fun Facts!
  1. The Stony Plain Seed Cleaning Association was established in 1954 by a volunteer board. There have been seven presidents that have served on the board of directors since that time.
  2. SPSeed currently has long-standing board members with 30+ years of service on the board.
  3. In 1962 the cleaning rates were $.05/BU (members) & $.07/BU (non-members).
  4. Stony Plain Seed has many cats that help control the mouse population rather than using chemicals.
  5. Did you know that baby mice will eat grain until they are rounder than their legs?
