OMG! On April 28th we will hold our first in-person class at RALSC. The first in-person class at the Association since March 2020.

However, its a 'hybrid' class as you may attend in person at the Association, OR attend via live-stream if you choose! Your choice!

Ribbon Cutting - Oxford, FL
On Friday, April 16th, RALSC attended the ribbon cutting for Simple Life's Lakeshore Community. A new 'tiny homes' development in Oxford.

2021 President April Kirkland and CEO Josh Summers were in attendance, along with community developers and leaders.

Based out of NC, this is Simple Life's first development in FL.
C2EX Ambassador

A big shout-out to Kim Ducharme Levensohn, one of only 5 C2EX Ambassadors for Florida!

The C2EX Ambassador was introduced as a peer-to-peer program to encourage REALTORS® to help each other amp up their career, and take their professionalism to the next level.

C2EX Ambassadors will give virtual and in-person C2EX presentations, and represent the C2EX Program at the state and local level.

Your annual subscription invoice was posted to your MLS account for renewal on April 1st, and is due by 5pm on May 17th.

RALSC is unable to accept your payment. We recommend you pay your invoice online through your Stellar MLS portal.
