CITE Academy Courses Enrollment

We're excited to introduce the new CITE Academy course, Technology Procurement! Whether you are new to the technology procurement process or have been involved for many years, the CITE Academy Technology Procurement course provides a comprehensive look at procurement in education.

Staff Spotlight

Crystal Ibarra

Crystal is the Resource Program Specialist. Over the course of her career, she had the opportunity to support the United States Navy with the F/A-18 Foreign Military Sales program as well as an international cooperative agreement between the United States Navy and the Royal Australian Air Force. She also worked in the Kern County Superior Court as a Judicial Courtroom Assistant, and most recently, as a Department Assistant for her local community college. She is a mother to two little boys – ages 3 and 1, and has been happily married to her husband Alex for 5 years. They love to travel and experience new things together. She is an avid animal lover and enjoys creating epoxy tumblers.

Justin Wilkins

Justin is a Program Support Technician for the Privacy Services Program. He is eager to help districts with all of their data privacy needs. Before joining CITE, Justin served for over a decade in the United States Marine Corps where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. As a Data Chief he oversaw designing, building, and operating tactical data networks. In his free time, you can find Justin out on the golf course or in the stands watching the local minor league baseball team.
