2024 CITE Conference in San Diego

We are exCITEd to announce that the 64th Annual CITE Conference will be held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego and San Diego Convention Center. Pre-Conference activities, including our Welcome Reception on the USS Midway, will begin on Monday, November 18th and run through Thursday, November 21st. Mark your calendar now, you won't want to miss it!

Attendee registration will open in February. Stay tuned for future announcements.

TMAP Cohort 4 Kickoff - January 12th

TMAP Cohort 4 kicked off in Rancho Cucamonga with candidates from Northern and Southern California! Students came to participate in meaningful discussions and collaborative activities on Systems Thinking, Digital Equity, Student

Privacy, and much more.


TMAP is a cohort-based model, and candidates will build a professional network that continues after completion of the program.

Rosie Talcott


Rosie Talcott is an Education Programs Manager and supports the CTO Mentor, KITT, and Academy programs at CITE. She has her Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University, where she focused her studies on training and DEI. Through her previous work as a facilitator, she has trained over two thousand employees in leadership skills such as coaching, feedback, communication, and navigating change. She is passionate about providing education leaders with the skills they need to build sustainable, productive, and inclusive teams.

Ailene Chang


Ailene Chang is an Education Programs Manager and supports TMAP, KITT, and Academy programs at CITE. Ailene joins CITE with over twenty years of experience. Ailene has her Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems. She loves challenges, problem solving for enterprise wide solutions, supporting, and empowering individuals on their learning journeys. Outside of work, Ailene enjoys traveling with her family to experience new culture and cuisines.

Ty Ishimoto


Ty Ishimoto is an Education Programs Specialist and supports the Education Team at CITE. He has his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from CSUN. He has worked in higher education for the past 10 years in multiple different support and administration roles. He specializes in problem solving and has ran support and logistics for student populations of 500+ individuals.

Jeremiah Howe


Jeremiah Howe is the Member Experience Assistant at CITE. He has his Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies from University of Denver, where he focused his studies on team development and working in groups. Outside of work, Jeremiah enjoys traveling throughout the US and has a goal to visit all fifty states.
