BRAND EVOLUTION

Women Leaders experienced a significant milestone in the evolution of the organization in 2023. As Women Leaders continued to grow and adapt to the dynamic landscape of sports leadership, the organization embraced a new and more inclusive chapter in its journey by evolving the brand to Women Leaders in Sports.

In 2023, we introduced a new donor campaign with three levels of pledge giving that will directly fund our organization.

Sandy Barbour came on as the first PowHER Pledge donor, with a total of 7 PowHer Pledge donors by the end the year. There are a total of 24 NEW Champions for Change donors.
