Caltrans is excited to announce the 2024-2025 Complete Streets Action Plan. This plan is a coordinated effort between Caltrans Headquarters Divisions and Districts to identify the highest-priority efforts across the Department to implement the Director’s Policy for Complete Streets (DP-37) over the next two years.

The Complete Streets program works to create and promote equitable and sustainable mobility that serves:

BICYCLISTS

TRANSIT USERS
