The 2026 BBCA Annual Assessment is Now Available on the Resident Website
Dear Bonita Bay residents,
The 2026 Bonita Bay Community Association annual assessment is now available to view and pay through the Bonita Bay Community Association website. Residents may log in to their online portal at their convenience to review their statement and make a payment securely. Printed statements will also be mailed and are expected to arrive before the end of the month. The assessment is due by December 31, 2025.
Autopay:
- If your account is enrolled in autopay, your payment will be processed during the week of December 22, 2025.
- If not already enrolled in Autopay, please follow these steps to enroll:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to "Manage Payment Methods".
- Select "Add New Method" and enter your credit card or bank account information.
- Choose "Set as Auto Draft Account" to complete enrollment.
- Once enrolled, your payments will be processed automatically according to your selected method.
Please note that credit card payments will incur an additional 3–4% processing fee. To avoid this fee, residents may pay by eCheck through the resident website or mail a check to the Association’s lockbox at P.O. Box 20633 Tampa, FL 33622. When mailing a check, please include your member number to ensure your payment is accurately applied to your account.
