The Code consist of four principles developed over the past twelve years of working with Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Each positive principle can be referenced when addressing dysfunctional behaviour.

For example, if a student were to make fun of another student's accent or religion; the teacher can reference "Always Show Respect". If a student is giving in to negative peer pressure; the teacher can reference "Be Yourself".

Each 36" x 24" poster includes a signature box for students to sign as a symbol of their commitment to living by the code. The poster can be referenced throughout the year.
