The Grand Marshall for the 25th GFCC Scholarship Golf Classic will be Michael Ralph.

Our Event Host will be
Reginald Ballard.
Michael is an actor, comedian, and voice actor known for his recurring roles in A Different World and The Bernie Mac Show.
Reginald is a character actor and comedian know for his recurring roles as 'Bruh-Man' on the sitcom, Martin and W.B. on the Bernie Mac Show.
Both are ardent golfers committed to growing the sport ‘one hack at a time.’ They will be joined by Keith Roberts, The Swing Doctor. No golf program would be complete without a good coach to help you with your swing.

The Home of the 1st "Negro National"
Stow Acres Country Club 
58 Randall Rd, Stow, MA

The legacy of Stow Acres Country Club goes back to the early 1900’s when it opened as a nine-hole golf course called Mapledale Country Club. It was one of the few places where Black golfers were welcome. In 1926 it hosted the first National Colored Golf Championships. The championship became known as the “Negro National” and it was played at Mapledale for two more years when the Depression forced the course to close in 1929.

Today Stow Acres Country Club features two award-winning championship 18-hole golf courses anchored by an antique Victorian Clubhouse.
