Support the September 11th Families' Association by participating in the 3rd Annual World Trade Center Run (or Walk) to Remember on Sunday, September 4, 2011. The event will take place on Governors Island beginning at 9:30AM.
The 3rd World Trade Center Run to Remember is a project of Run to Remember Inc. Runners will honor the memory of each victim of September 11, 2001 by running or walking around Governors Island. The goal is to raise awareness about the various organizations associated with 9/11, and to support their great work.
Entry Fees
Entry fees include free ferry transportation; guests/spectators can travel free also.
By midnight August 25, 2011:
If received on or before August 25, 5K and 3K participants will receive a personalized bib and t-shirt.
$25 - 5K Run or 3K Family Fun Run/Walk $5 - Children's Fun Run: includes personalized bib and finisher medal (no shirt) $5 - per extra personalized bib After August 25, 2011:
No personalized bibs; T-shirts available while supplies last
$35 - 5K Run or 3K Family Fun Run/Walk $5 - Children's Fun Run (includes finisher medal) Race Day $40
