This ladies only event will cost $10 which will include water, snack options, group exercise session, nutritional information, journal and pen, and a message from God's word.

Group Of Women Power Walking On Urban Street

Now providing a WALK option!

There will be 15 slots available for women with severe limitations to be led on a walk outside rather than participating in the indoor exercise.

Reminders To Bring:

1) Yoga mat & towel

2) A bottle of water; we will have water for refilling

3) Wear proper attire/closed toed shoes

4) Bring a sweater in case you get cold after workout/a change of clothes/shirt if needed.
