This January 5th, 6th and 7th, 2018, Villain Arts Tattoo Conventions will open the doors of the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis to the public for the World Famous, handcrafted, tattoo-arts convention event,

The official dates and location of the Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Convention, January 5th, 6th and 7th at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, was announced today by Troy Timpel,  VillainArts.com's owner, and promoter. 

For the past two decades, the one-of-a-kind exhibition has been making annual appearances in major cities nationwide, including Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Milwaukee and Kansas  City, with first year shows in Denver and Miami in 2017, and two premieres confirmed for Houston and Atlanta this coming Spring. 

Among hundreds of World-Famous tattooers, young and old, the show includes unique vendors with rare and unusual merchandise for subculture enthusiasts and tattoo art collectors.  Tattoo-artists representing diverse genres of tattoo technique, design and traditions will convene over the three day weekend to tattoo clients and collectors and compete for trophies in annual tattoo-contests. 

Tattooed TV-Celebrities like Robert LaSardo have appeared at Villain Arts Tattoo Conventions to meet and greet with the public, and sign autographs or pose for pictures. Villain Arts Conventions always feature tattoo-competition Reality TV-Stars from Ink Master, Black Ink Crew , Tattoos after Dark  and more.  Unique merchandise, like taxidermy, sign painting are always represented as well as body-jewelry vendors, as well as representatives from animal rights organizations, like PinUps for Pitbulls.

A rich entertainment schedule featuring a mainstage carnival of burlesque, performance art aerialist Hell-Cat Penny,   Olde City Sideshow, Marlo Marquise,  a nd chainsaw wielding tattooed-man,  The Enigma.

Another marvel of the Atlanta Tattoo Arts Convention is the Ascension Suspension team, (New Mexico), who suspend flesh-hooked models and performers live at the event.

Troy Timpel will be featuring his live painting performance art and among the finished products, his original wood panel painting that combine nautical themes and traditional or Japanese traditional tattoo styles with elements of sacred geometry and mandalic patterns.

Cost is $20/Day, $40/3-Day Pass. Kids Under 12 are Free. Tickets only available at the door.
