- Share your wisdom: Pass on your knowledge, skills and experiences to motivated students.
- Shape futures: Help students navigate their academic and professional journeys.
- Experience personal growth: As a mentor, you can enhance your leadership and communication skills.
- Earn a stipend: You'll earn a $300 stipend for mentoring a student.
What you'll need to do:
- Attend Mentor Orientation to learn about program goals, expectations and best practices.
- Stay connected with your mentee and provide guidance, including two meetings in June and two meetings in July.
-
Meet your mentee. If you're attending PEARC24, the students will be attending and this will be a great chance to meet in person.
