Breanna Malak, 2 years
"Breanna was originally hired on the handle 'specialty' items like welding machined pieces, thin gauge steel or aluminum, and any other small/intricate parts we had to make. After realizing how comfortable she was with a TIG welder, we immediately gave her a crash course on frame fabrication, and over the past year she became one of our best frame builders. Also, using her experience with automatic/orbital welding, she has been able to help us not only train the team on orbital welding, but she was able to help with diagnosing machines. With her hard-working/open-minded mentality, attention to detail, and love for melting metal together, Bre has been able to learn on the fly and adapt to everything thrown her way."
- Mar Bauza

George Sisomphone, 2 years
"Ever since George joined the team, he has made himself a valuable member. He is always one of the first ones to arrive and is willing to help anyone or stay late if needed. With his broad amount of experience George is able to accomplish any task that is asked of him, from drilling, tapping, bolt pattern layouts, and complex assemblies we are confident that George will be able to complete the job he is given with quality and confidence. George has also taken on extra responsibilities, learning the large CNC saw and operating and maintaining the CNC plasma ("the dragon")."

Sue Spell, 2 years
"In a relatively short period of time Sue has taken on some very important roles in the office, on-site HR and IT support, as well as managing the office and keeping our facility in top shape. The most important role she plays, however, doesn’t show up in a job description, which is listening to ADPE employees and being an advocate for them inside our greater organization. Thank you, Sue, for everything you do for the team here in Naperville!"
- Neil O'Mara

Who are some of your biggest influences?
- My dad has always been a huge influence in my life, if it wasn't for him, I don't believe that I would be where I am today. Additionally, my wife is the wind behind my sails always pushing me to do my best work and strive for excellence.
Do you follow any sports teams?
- I recently began watching Formula 1 thanks to Joe Lange, and it has been fantastic watching the Red Bull team dominate the sport.

Describe an interesting hobby or pastime that you have.
- Generally, I just try to be outside, but some of my hobbies are riding my motorcycle, mountain biking, photography, and on the occasion go fishing with Nicolas M.

What type of books/movies do you enjoy?
- I prefer fantasy books/movies more than anything. I am one of those people who believe the books will always be better than the movie.
What are some of your favorite local spots to visit?
- I highly recommend people check out Crusade Burger in Yorkville, Illinois. I took my wife there for our first anniversary and it has always been amazing. Another fantastic place to go is Crosstown Pub and Grill if anyone is looking for a great wing place.
What’s the best trip you’ve ever been on and why?
- I would say the best trip I ever went on was my vacation this year to Branson, MO. My in-laws joined us this year, and it was great to have all my nieces and nephew with us.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work
- Outside of work I am mainly hanging out with my son and taking him on little adventures. You could catch us at your local Meijer in the toy section, haha.

- Wings as I stated earlier. Crosstown Pub has the best wings ever. They even make PB&J flavored wings.
If you could visit any place in the world, where would it be?
- I would love to visit Japan at some point. I have heard nothing but good things about Japan from all of my friends who have been there.
