"Mar joined the team in 2014 and has been a constant, integral piece of ADPE's fabrication capabilities. He is the definition of a team player and does whatever it takes to get projects completed. Not only does he manage the workload in the shop, but he also is involved in fabrication, assembly, and field installs. Mar also puts ADPE quality first in both the work he completes and the decisions he makes concerning our engineered systems. Mar’s “can do” attitude is a great example of the ADPE culture. We are very appreciative of the time he has committed to ADPE throughout the years. Thank you, Mar, from all of us at ADPE! We are very proud to have you as part of the team."

Kelly Froehlich, 2 years
"Kelly, congratulations on another year with AD Process Equipment. Also, for quickly becoming an integral support for other teams within AD. You provide so much support in areas we all see. From our branding and marketing for ADPE + ADI, to supporting HR and recruiting efforts, to maintain our social media and websites, and of course our internal communications. But you also provide a lot of support for areas of our business and teams that are less noticed but would be sorely missed if they weren’t done with the timeliness and awesome quality you consistently provide. AND, you do all of it with a smile despite constant interruptions, tight deadlines, and a hectic pace. From all of our team members, and certainly from me personally… thank you very much for all you do and the excellent manner in which you do it."

We put safety and quality of life first in everything we do. Last week, members of the ADPE team participated in CPR & First Aid training, learning life saving skills that can be used in their professional and personal lives.
