Conner Cox, 4 years

George Sisomphone, 3 years
"Ever since George joined the team, he has made himself a valuable member. He is always one of the first ones to arrive and is willing to help anyone or stay late if needed. With his broad amount of experience George is able to accomplish any task that is asked of him, from drilling, tapping, bolt pattern layouts, and complex assemblies we are confident that George will be able to complete the job he is given with quality and confidence. George has also taken on extra responsibilities, learning the large CNC saw and operating and maintaining the CNC plasma ('the dragon')."

Sue Spell, 3 years
"Sue has only been with ADPE for 3 years but just like my first day here when I thought Sue had been here for at least 10+ years, it seems like she has been here much longer because she knows everyone and everything about ADPE. Wearing multiple hats as office manager, HR site coordinator, and helping with safety items around the plant isn’t easy, but Sue handles it all so we can concentrate on our specific functions. And on top of all that Sue makes sure everyone is fed when we have meetings or parties, so let’s all thank Sue for taking care of us here at work!"

Breanna Malak, 3 years
"Breanna was originally hired on the handle 'specialty' items like welding machined pieces, thin gauge steel or aluminum, and any other small/intricate parts we had to make. After realizing how comfortable she was with a TIG welder, we immediately gave her a crash course on frame fabrication, and over the past year she became one of our best frame builders. Also, using her experience with automatic/orbital welding, she has been able to help us not only train the team on orbital welding, but she was able to help with diagnosing machines. With her hard-working/open-minded mentality, attention to detail, and love for melting metal together, Bre has been able to learn on the fly and adapt to everything thrown her way."
