After a year of behind the scenes work, the AFP-NYC Mentorship Program is formally relaunching for its third year. We have redesigned the program to function as a 12 month cohort model with the full integration of IDEA values. Further details about our redesign can be found here. Personalized pairing with a seasoned fundraiser mentor;
12 month formal program to work on self selected professional development goals;
