Curbside Chat returns in 2021 with a new host, Bob Jaworski. He will be speaking with Samantha Coates about the importance of diversifying and diversity in a changing automotive aftermarket.

Bill C-11: AIA Canada Statement on Canada’s Digital Charter
“We are encouraged by the agreement reached by Government House Leaders of the federal parties to bring Bill C-11 forward for second reading and debate,” Jean-François Champagne, AIA Canada president.

New Supports for Apprentice Trainers in Ontario
The Government of Ontario has introduced the new Achievement Incentive Program and expanded the Apprenticeship Capital Grant. These programs, along with the Group Sponsorship Grant, provide support to trainers of apprentices.

North America Needs a Joint Approach to Handle Common Concerns
In March, AIA Canada President JF Champagne took part in a conference panel hosted by Mexico Business News. The panel discussed the joint North American automotive sector, both where it stands and where it's going.

CCIF Moncton Cancelled
Based on a recent survey to all CCIF attendees and sponsors, and in accordance with Public Health Official recommendations, the Canadian Collision Industry Forum has decided to postpone the May event that was set to take place in Moncton, NB.
Your health and well-being is very important to us. CCIF is currently reviewing all of its options, and as more information becomes available on other 2021 learning and networking activities to maintain its involvement in the industry, we will announce it through the CCIF newsletter and social media pages.

Chairman's Challenge Reaches $10,000
AIA High Fives for Kids Foundation Chairman Raymond Proulx's challenge to the aftermarket industry to raise funds to help children and families in need has raised over $10,000 to date.
