STUDENT DESK PROGRAM UPDATE

WiSH wants to thank all of the wonderful community members who have volunteered to help distribute desks to displaced students. We are expanding the program this semester! Want to get on the list to help deliver? You must be over 18 as the driver and have a partner along for the ride. We appreciate your help!

Email us to get on the list and learn more.
Thank you to The Steve Y. Kim Foundation for your generous donation!

Mr. Kim's dedication to supporting our community was never more apparent than through his recent donation to WiSH of $100,000. With a passion for underserved and disadvantaged populations, and having learned about our student demographics and WiSH programs, he was driven to make a significant impact through WiSH. We are dedicated to using these funds to benefit as many students as possible, focusing on these demographics and student wellness. For our many other programs district wide, WiSH will continue to raise funding through our many community events and we are forever grateful to those who support us.
Does your student need additional tutoring and support?

From our friends at CollegeClick:

Homework Club – two hours a day, twice a week for students to drop in and get help with core coursework from teachers

AP Depth Classes – our experienced AP teachers ensure that students learn the content required for the class

AP Strategy Sessions – you know the content, now we ensure that you know how to approach the test

Academic Pods – gather up to 6 students in the same class and we’ll provide the teacher!

ACT/SAT Test Prep – small groups, taught by credentialed teachers

LET THEM KNOW WiSH SENT YOU!
WiSH would like to take this time to send our sympathies and support to our very good friends at Wolf Creek Restaurant and Brewery on the loss of Rob McFerren. Rob, Laina and the Wolf Creek family have been instrumental in our fundraising over many years - in fact, they've been part of the bedrock of non-profit fundraising in our valley for all of us. Our hearts are broken and we mourn along with you. Please continue to support Wolf Creek as they navigate this difficult time.
