The APAP Live Performance Calendar features both in-person and livestreamed events by APAP members. New events are being added daily, so be sure to check the calendar regularly.

If you are an APAP member, we invite you to add your events to this calendar as we build this resource for the APAP community and beyond. About the APAP Live Performance Calendar

Getting oriented:

• The public version of the calendar is visible here. Anyone around the world can view this calendar!

• To see the enhanced APAP members-only version of the calendar and to add your events, you can go to the public calendar and log in with your APAP member credentials.

• When you are ready to add your events, look for the blue “Add Event” button on the members-only calendar. (See above for where to log in).

• Members are required to create a free Time.ly account using your APAP email/username/password prior to submitting an event. When you click "Add Event" you will see a pop-up requesting your email address and password. At the bottom of that form you will see where to sign up and create your account. We strongly suggest using the same information you use for your APAP login.

• Your events will show on both calendars. The members-only version is an enhanced calendar that offers additional ways to search and filter events.

• You can add hyperlinks to your event description when you copy and paste from Word. Please include a hyperlink to your event at the end of the description so that it appear on the public facing calendar.

And because you might be wondering:

• There is no fee associated with posting events, only that you must be a current APAP member. Learn about APAP membership here or contact Membership Director Sue Noseworthy at snoseworthy@apap365.org.

• Since all events must be approved to ensure that posts meet our guidelines, it may take up to two business days (but usually much less) for your events to appear in the calendar.
