APF Co-Hosts Iftar at U.S. Institute of Peace
Dr. Seyyed Hossein Nasr, Professor of Islamic Studies at The George Washington University, spoke at the annual iftar of the United States Institute of Peace.
APF participated in and co-hosted the ninth annual Iftar Celebration of the United States Institute of Peace in Washington, D.C. on April 25, 2022. This year's theme was "Stewards of the Earth: Protecting the Planet, Fostering Resilience, and Building Peace." We heard words of wisdom from interfaith leaders, scholars, and activists who share a common goal of protecting the earth through their faith traditions.
APF Leadership Council Celebrates Ramzan
The new Bay Area Hub for the APF Leadership Council hosted an iftar dinner at the delicious Port of Palo Alto. Thanks to everyone who came out! This iftar was the first of many future events. We look forward to watching the APF community grow in the Bay Area.
