Early Insights from the ACCESS Initiative

In partnership with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA), we released a new report titled, "Paving the Road to ACCESS: Early Insights from the Aligned Customer-Centered Ecosystem of Supports & Services (ACCESS) Initiative." It highlights the early adoption of data and system integration strategies to streamline access to benefits and services across various agencies. This publication lays the foundation for future ACCESS activities, which include collaborating with people with lived experience accessing health, human services, and labor programs and services in order to develop recommendations for advancing customer-centered systems alignment.
