On Tuesday, November 26, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri granted final approval of NAR's settlement in the Sitzer/Burnett case. ARA continues to monitor new developments, but in terms of the settlement practice changes that went into effect on August 17, nothing has changed. Please rest assured we will update our members as new information becomes available.
