As for our Addison Reserve real estate update, we now have 40 homes on the market for sale. There are 33 homes with golf and 7 homes with sports memberships of which 31 are zero lot line homes and 9 are estate homes. Our prices range from $299,000-$2,489,000. These last two weeks have been very brisk with showings. Many sellers are inquiring about home values. Others are going into contract and some are closing. There were 8 homes placed onto the market these last two weeks. We are personally proud to announce that 3 of those eight are our new listings. Our first is located at 7361 Sarimento Place. This former model, estate home, with a golf membership, features 4 large bedrooms plus an office, as well as an oversized loft within 4512 square feet under air. This lovely home also features marble flooring, an oversize pool on a great lot, new roof, and is asking $1.250,000. Our second new listing is located at 7793 Trieste Place. The final listing for this extremely busy off season was another home on Villa D'este Way. This 2 bedroom plus office, sports membership home features amazing golf and lake views and is asking $589,000. In addition, 2 homes have gone under contract. The first was located on Sarimento Place. This home featured 4 bedrooms, plus an office, asking $1,185,000. The second home was on Casa Grande Way asking $649,000. This was a 3 bedroom, plus office, with a sports membership and a beautiful lake view, There were also 2 homes that closed. The first was on Bella Verde Way. This 3 bedroom plus office home featured a golf membership, 3798 square feet and was asking $679.000. The second home that closed was located on Brookfield Estates Way.
