The Oceanside Chamber's Rising Star Program aims to champion students that have overcome significant challenges in their life and have managed to keep on track with their education. The Chamber honors one high school senior each month from five of our area high schools.

Last year, due to the generosity of our scholarship sponsors, led by Genentech, the Oceanside Chamber foundation was able to provide 23 deserving Rising Star students a total of $37,000 in scholarships.
