Luxury Apartments at Luma at El Corazon in Oceanside

Sudberry Properties has commenced construction on Luma at El Corazon, a mixed-use apartment community with 268 luxury apartments located at 3546 Village Commercial Dr. Luma will be the first apartment community within El Corazon, a 465-acre City of Oceanside multi-phase development on a former crystal silica mine in the heart of Oceanside. The city has set aside approximately 400 acres of El Corazon for parks, open space and civic uses. Sudberry Properties was selected in 2011 as the master developer of commercially designated land within El Corazon.

MiraCosta College Partners with City of Oceanside to Offer Free Hire Local Program

The college’s Technology Career Institute is offering free programs in career areas such as biomedical, engineering and drone technician. With the help of the Hire Local program, an initiative funded by the city of Oceanside, this training will be offered free for spring 2023 to all Oceanside residents.
