Oceanside is enhancing the trail system at El Corazon. A new pedestrian trail features switchbacks and connections that integrate with the existing Garrison Creek Trail. A key component includes improvements to a retaining basin, allowing the trail to traverse through previously inaccessible areas. We're hydroseeding the trail area with native plant seeds now; please stick to the designated path and keep dogs on leash to protect the seedlings. The trail officially opens April 16. Map
