This survey will go to everyone whose work shapes what a student experiences: the people who advise, the people students are referred to, the people who send students to advising, and the people who lead those areas. If a student's path runs through your work in any way, your voice belongs in this.
The survey is built around the role, so you will only see questions that fit what you actually do, and should take about ten minutes of your time.
What we are after is the full path an ACC student travels. How they arrive in your area, what they need when they get there, how they are served, and how they move on to the next partner. That picture, drawn from the people living it every day, is what will ground the framework we build together.
What you tell us here goes straight into the stakeholder workshops that we will have in early August (more information forthcoming for these), and into the framework we are shaping alongside the Design Team recommendations and our partners across Academic Affairs and Student Affairs. Over the next week, you will start seeing calendar invitations for those August workshops. Please respond when they come and hold that time.
