A MESSAGE FROM NOEL COURTNEY
Hello everyone,
Welcome to The Advisor - Service Recognition edition.
In this edition, we look to acknowledge you, the heart and soul of our company, for your outstanding contribution to our business over the last 12 months.
I am pleased to share that together in FY23, we have exceeded sales across the Airmaster Group (Australia/New Zealand) by 10% on last year. This coming FY24, we have set modest increases in our sales targets and strive to exceed a figure which will see us become the No.1 Integrated Service business in the country.
Airmaster and Optimum Air now employs 1175 people and 100 apprentices across our network, many of whom have been with us for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35+ years. Following a pause, we now have over 165 long service recipients to be recognised across our network. This number is truly an outstanding vindication of our culture and well worth celebrating.
Our Service Recognition Program will be relaunched in 2024 with some new surprises to be announced. Ahead of this, a presentation featuring the names of our longest serving team members is included below. I encourage you all to view it, taking a moment to congratulate your colleagues who are celebrating these amazing milestones.
There are so many opportunities across our business, and I want to reinforce that growing companies provide careers not jobs. Please aspire to grow with us, set goals and apply for positions. You may not get there first time but keep going you will be surprised where you can go.
In conclusion, our business is strong, sales are at record levels and profitability is solid. These results are no doubt a testament to the hard work and dedication shown by you, our team, over the last 12 months.
