Driving Positive Experiences
The annual I.C.E. Exchange Conference is just weeks away! I am looking forward to the conference and connecting with friends and colleagues. At Alpine, we are also excited to be showcasing our new tool that streamlines item review such that programs can generate higher quality items quicker, more efficiently, and with increased consistency. It also provides valuable feedback to programs about their item bank status and item writers’ productivity, strengths, and opportunities for improvement.

In this edition of the Buzz, we check in with Adobe to learn how their certification program is driving a positive experience for their candidates. We also take a look at how the CertMetrics SSO module can help credentialing programs provide a seamless candidate experience across multi-platform ecosystems.

Please enjoy this edition of the Buzz and do not hesitate to contact us to exchange ideas on how, together, we can continue creating validity-centered solutions to support your program and:

·       better mitigate security risks and other threats to validity;
·       better fit the ever-accelerating pace of change and value propositions desired by
your stakeholder groups, including the engagement expectations of Millennials
and Gen-Z; and,
·       better position and apply assessment as a valuable ally in one’s journey as a life-
long learner.

Best regards,

Brian Adams

Adobe Optimizes Candidate Experience with SSO & Streamlines Certification Program Operations

"Having four test delivery providers is an advantage to Adobe and our candidates. However, in combination with other platforms in our certification ecosystem such as our LMS, badging and credential management systems, it leads to a complex environment for the candidates to navigate...

"To help alleviate candidate frustration, the team realized it was critical to streamline and improve the candidate experience...."
