To understand the psychology of the modern consumer and to grasp where they might be heading next, you have to know how they got here. If you fell asleep in 1945 and woke up in 2021, you would not recognize the world around you.
In this workshop we will cover:
How do people think about money? ● How do people feel about spending and saving? ● How has our comfort level with debt changed? ● How have our expectations of equity changed? ● How did the consumer become the driver of the economy? ● How have our politics been influenced by the reaction to these changes?

We will also explore the influence of Amazon on how we consume today.
