Anchor’s File View service is a free offering designed to take a test file provided by you and pass it through over 15 different address analysis and enhancement processes to show you how much we can clean up and enhance your data. It’s also designed to show how much you can save on any particular mailing you plan to send out.
The File View report can indicate how Anchor can enhance the file with various elements including appending apartment numbers, telephone numbers, email addresses, and 11 other common demographics. It can remove records you won’t want to mail to by suppressing against the most comprehensive deceased file available, an extensive prison file, the DMA’s Do Not Mail file and several other suppression files. It can update addresses using the USPS NCOALink 48-month database as well as the largest and most accurate Proprietary Change of Address (PCOA) database in the industry.
