Employee Excellence Nominee: Erica Gallardo
"Erica developed an annual CIS day in SMCISD. All the PMs serving the district bring awareness to the CIS program at their campus so that staff and students get to hear about our work and learn how to get connect. This is so beneficial to building campus relationships and improving school climates. Erica collaborated with the Youth Enrichment Department to make this event multi-purposed this year. Through that partnership, she also support her staff in completing on of their Tier 1 requirements. She is community centered and always supporting her districts and staff needs."
