Final Closeout 2022-2023 Guidance and Instructions          

Guidance for completing final closeout tasks for 2022-2023 is now ready and  linked here. Please note that guidance around requirements for EOY academic assessments has been updated from what was shared at All-Staff on Monday. We are only looking for EOY academic assessments for students targeted for academics this past year. Please read through the guidance and complete these tasks by August 31st, 2023.

Required training courses in Auzmor, CIS Workplace Essentials 2023 Paths 1 & 2, are temporarily unavailable and will be re-assigned to you soon. Please be on the lookout for the new and updated version that will be announced in an upcoming Apple announcement.

Communications Department Update

Welcome back to the 2023-2024 School Year! Look out for trainings offered such as "Strong Voices "available to sign up in Auzmor Learn now and the "Communications Crash Course (offered monthly).

Reminder: Please remember returning staff is allotted 1 shirt per school year (September - May). Any additional shirt can be purchased from your Campus of Department funds. Shirts are given out based on size. Colors vary based on what the Communications Department has on hand. A materials request with size and fit must be filled out. University Federal Credit Union has continued its wonderful college dorm supply basket event for a 4th year! UFCU hosts CIS of Central Texas, Breakthrough, and Con Mi Madre for this event and this year’s CIS student to attend is Lari C., a class of 2023 graduate from Travis Early College High School and will be attending Texas State University this fall! During the event, staff learned more about ways students are preparing, persevering, and thriving in their post-secondary journey. Thank you UFCU for providing college dorm supply baskets for our CIS grads and helping them prepare for college!
