Hello friends –

Saving all the good news for our last few days before break…

I am writing to let you know that the new Central Office and Training Center construction has just passed the 50% completed mark – on schedule! If things stay on schedule, we will definitely be celebrating the holidays at our new home! So exciting to think about.

And even more exciting is this news…the All in for Kids Capital Campaign Committee has announced that we have surpassed our $17.6 million goal, currently celebrating commitments of $18.8 million and counting! The excess is critical since the budget for the project, like all construction projects, is running over budget. These commitments and any future commitments will help us move into the building without any further investment of CIS funds. Such great news.

The community rallied around this project because they believe in our work and they believe in the people making it possible – every one of you. Join in the celebration and go visit our site (2521 East St. Elmo). You won’t believe how great it looks!

Sharon

A Special Shout Out: Jim Thompson!

"Thank you Jim for working your magic and fixing my laptop in no time!"
