Timesheet Reporting Schedules for 22-23

Timesheet reporting schedules for this school year have been posted in EWS. Next time you log in to EWS, hold the Ctrl key and click the refresh arrow to upload the new schedules. Reminder…staff who are paid two times a month have two reporting periods each month and their supervisors have two approval dates. Pro tip: Take a few minutes now to enter the recurring timesheet due dates in your Outlook calendar to avoid any surprises later. Outlook will even let you set reminders! Your timesheets are an important component of financial audits and contract monitorings throughout the year. Thank you for submitting them correctly and on time each reporting period. And, supervisors, thank you for approving them on schedule.

Leave Recaps

HR’s goal is to have the recaps updated in Members Only/Human Resources/Leave by the 15 of every month. Information entered into leave recaps comes directly from timesheet entries, which is another important reason to keep your time and leave entries current in EWS. If you access your recap and it doesn’t appear to be updated, it is likely due to incorrect or incomplete timesheet entries or missing supervisor approvals. Questions about timesheets, reporting schedules and due dates, leave balances and recaps should be directed to Tonnyna at [email protected].

Race Equity Principals of Practice

Many of us have taken race equity trainings such as Beyond Diversity or Undoing Racism, and upon finishing, have wondered "what's next?" This series of trainings will focus on ways to utilize the lessons learned in these race equity trainings in our daily lives, in our work, and in our community. The series of trainings will require you to reflect on your past racialized experiences, research your community and nation's racial history, and learn about ways to actively engage in local work aimed at addressing racial inequality.

In order to participate in the series, you would need to be able to attend all 4 sessions in the series as each session builds off each other. All sessions will be on Zoom from 11:30 am - 1 pm.

The training dates are as follows: October 4, October 11, October 18, October 25
