Employee Excellence Nomination Spotlight: Nicole Partin

"Nicole has been providing exceptional supports to campuses with vacancies as the requests for support come through the department. She is responsive to requests for supports, is thorough in her communication to Program Directors, students/families and to staff on the campuses she's assigned. When there are barriers to her work and/or to students/families, Nicole finds ways to work through them; finding supplies to stock a CIS campus, supporting a family in remembering their Dr. Appts via reminder texts, or getting access to items she needs to be successful in her role are just a few ways she's overcome barriers. Through Nicole's work on campus, she has built strong relationships with campus staff and partnered with them to support ALL students and families on their campuses. Nicole has gone above and beyond in her work to ensure students and families needs are met. She has been responsive to student and family needs for food, transportation support, etc. even when she is not supporting the campus at the time the requests are made. She has coordinated Brighter Bites Programming on one of her campuses and ensures things run smoothly. She has attended campus events and provided CIS representation on campuses on days she was scheduled elsewhere. Nicole has also supported campus staff with planning school wide events and supported staff with getting students to where they need to be throughout the day. Nicole does a great job at prioritizing the need of the campuses she supports even when the asks may differ than what was initially intended for her to support. Nicole does not hesitate to lend a helping hand whenever she can. Thank you Nicole for your hard work and dedication to ensuring students, families and the school communities know that CIS is here for them even in times of transition. Your support is valuable!"
