Colorado Gives Day is Next Tuesday!
On
December 10th
Coloradans will come together to participate in the season of giving. Can we count on you to make a donation?
Our advocates work hard throughout the year. They empower people with I/DD to live full, meaningful lives. They address caregiver concerns. And, our advocates collaborate with community partners to create meaningful change in our community.
Your gift will ensure that The Arc can continue to help families and individuals discover options that make success possible.

Rockin' LifeAbility
Listening to our favorite music can turn an entire day around. It can make us want to dance, sing, and clap along. Research shows that music is good for us in so many ways, plus it unites us as human beings, no matter what our abilities are.
At our recent LifeAbility Talk, we explored all that music has to offer. Attendees learned about rhythm, songwriting, and how music can impact our mood. Hosts David Eaton and Brent Belisle welcomed the audience and kicked off the event with a few jokes and conversation about their favorite music. Then, with the help of ukulele player Benjamin Tarasewicz, Dan Nusz with Golden Music, and musician Tony Davis, we
rocked
LifeAbility.
Music can be an empowering tool to help us express ourselves—whether that be through songwriting, dance, or sharing our musical tastes. Music can change our day and our world. And, one of the best things about music is that it is for all of us.
