Plain Language Information for COVID-19
Developed by SARTAC

This easy to read booklet about the Coronavirus was developed by the Self-Advocate Resource and Technology Center, or SARTAC. It has been created in English and Spanish. It was written by and for people with developmental disabilities and focuses on “need to know” information (not “nice to know” information). Please share it widely. Our goal is to keep people with disabilities healthy during this national crisis. You can access this booklet here .
Survey on Spiritual Issues Important to Parents of Children with Disabilities

If choose to participate in this study, you will be providing demographic information and information about issues that are important to you through an electronic survey. This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. It will include a short section on demographics, and then 25 questions that will ask questions about your attitudes towards spiritual issues.

Your participation of the survey is completely voluntary and all of your responses are anonymous. None of the responses will be connected to identifying information. In addition, the responses are kept confidential, password protected and only viewed by the Principle Investigator/Supervisor.
