"Harness the power of neuroscience to decode emotional meltdowns and reactions and catalyze change in family dynamics. This hands-on workshop is designed for elders eager to integrate scientific understanding with practical strategies for emotional well-being in themselves and other people.

Ever wondered why some approaches to emotional meltdowns, hijacks, and knee- jerk responses work while others don't? We will dive into the fascinating world of our hardwired emotional systems, delicately balanced with the fine art and intuition of navigating good relationships and leave equipped with actionable strategies to handle emotionally charged situations with confidence and compassion."
