Growing A Resilient Mind: Keynote PD Topic
Saint Mary School in Buffalo Grove started off their school year by offering our keynote presentation, Growing A Resilient Mind. In this presentation educators learned our 5-step Growth and Resiliency Model© aimed to increase self regulation and emotional self-care skills alongside how to have a growth mindset, even during challenging or stressful times.

We will be with Saint Mary throughout the fall as this PD presentation was the kick off to launching the 4x4 Wellness Program for Educators.
Reconnecting As A Team: PD Workshop
As Oak Grove D68's educators prepare to start the 2021 school year fully in person, they partnered with us for this interactive and experiential workshop. The goal was to create a cohesive team dynamic and provide skills heavily influenced by the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team training program, as well as our five-step Growth & Resiliency Model©.

Educators worked individually, as well as in partners and small groups on topics including: trust, managing conflict, commitment, accountability and finding common goals for the upcoming year.
