BritishAmerican Business (BAB) is launching a new series of workshops on different business skills for high potential individuals aspiring to be general managers and who are rising stars in their organisations.

THE BAB ACADEMY offers a unique snapshot of key business functions and provides skills to help young professionals grow into general management roles. 
WHO IS IT FOR?
THE BAB ACADEMY is designed for the young professional with about 5 years of professional experience.

BAB members can nominate young professionals within their company to participate in the programme. 

WHAT'S INVOLVED?
The series will consist of 10 wide-ranging interactive virtual workshop sessions including interactive workshops presented by leading business experts and advisors from a selection of carefully chosen BAB companies.

Participants will learn from a variety of industry leaders and create professional relationships with new friends, peers and future professional contacts.
WHO WILL BE LEADING THE WORKSHOPS?
The workshops will be led by leading firms within the BAB network and are considered leaders and experts in the themes to be covered in the session.
COST
The participation fee for all sessions, including pre-material and post-follow up is £1,500 + VAT or $2,000.

The 2021/2022 class is limited to 30 participants and will run from October 2021 to July 2022. 
The cohort will be limited to 30 Young Professionals coming from a wide range of sectors and who work for BAB member companies - transatlantic firms and organizations of all sizes, based on both sides of the Atlantic.
