Our ATF Fall Festival is tomorrow, Saturday, October 28th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on campus. It is free entry but activities require punch ticket:
$10 for 10 punches
$20 for 25 punches

Junior High - The BASIS Chandler Bobcat Junior High swimmers worked hard and achieved some strong results in the CAA State Championships on last Saturday the 14th at McClintock H.S. pool in Tempe. The Bobcat girls finished 6th out of 10 Teams, with a total of 15 points. The boys finished 7th out of 12 Teams, with a total of 10 points. (Red Rock School finished first in the girls division, and Heritage Academy Gateway finished first in the boys). There were a total of 24 BASIS Chandler Bobcat Junior High swimmers who had race times that qualified for the State Meet. Many of those swimmers swam personal best times at the Meet. The following swimmers finished well enough to score points for our girls: Arianna R.; Meiya S.; Mirna S.; and Wareesha I. Also, the following scored for the boys: Enung C.; Lucas D.; Aditya K.; Tanay K.; and Daniel K. All of our young Bobcat swimmers show that our program has a bright future! High School - The CAA State Championships for High School are on Saturday, October 28, at McClintock H.S. pool in Tempe. Swimmers should arrive at 2:30 p.m., and the Meet starts at 3:30 pm. Swimmers who have qualified for the Meet, as well as Coaches and Timers, can attend free. This past Tuesday, our school held the final round of its 2023 Spelling Bee. More than 40 students in grades 5-8 competed in spelling some very difficult words. Esha M, our school champion, and Shriyan S, our runner-up, will now advance to the BASIS Spelling Bee, which will be held on January 24 at BASIS Phoenix Primary. Well done to all of our participants, and good luck, Esha and Shriyan, in January! | |

The BASIS Chandler Speech and Debate Team had an excellent showing at their first tournament of the year. Aarohi D, Aarna D, and Elizaveta L. all placed in their speech events. Kalan K. and Akshay S. made it to semi-finals in their speech events. And four of the debate teams made it to elimination rounds. Excellent work Bobcats! | |

Reporting Student Absences
If your student needs to be reported absent due to an illness, doctor appointment, vacation, bereavement, religious holiday, etc., please email chdattendance@basised.com with the student's name, grade, and reason for absence.
