Mr. Hanson's Food Writing & Media Capstone

Seniors in Mr. Hanson's Food Writing + Media Capstone wrote recipes for and created their own versions of rice krispies treats over the past few weeks. They wrote recipes, planned and prepared in class (and out!), and invited administrators and teachers to join them for judging them, a la The Great British Baking Show. Many star bakers!

National Junior Honor Society

The NJHS just completed their toy drive! With over 40 large presents, they donated the gifts to Ed and Verma Pastor Elementary School, a Title 1 in South Phoenix. Thank you to all the teachers and students who participated in the toy drive!

I will happily meet 1-1 with any families interested in learning more. Please email [email protected] to learn more!
