National Mentoring Month

Let's Grow Together

January is National Mentoring Month, and at SCORE, mentoring is at the heart of everything we do.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow, having a trusted advisor by your side can help you make smarter decisions and move forward with confidence.

GET MATCHED WITH A SCORE MENTOR

Research consistently shows that small business owners who work with a mentor are more confident, more prepared and more likely to build sustainable businesses.

Did you know that small business owners who receive three or more hours of mentoring report higher revenues and increased growth?

A mentor can help you:

  • Clarify your goals and priorities
  • Avoid costly mistakes
  • Interpret your numbers and plans more effectively
  • Stay accountable as you grow

SCORE mentors are a network of 10,000+ experienced business professionals who volunteer their time to help entrepreneurs like you—at no cost.

Get ready for an evening of great flavors for a great cause! The Blackstone Valley Tasting Event returns on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Blissful Meadows, bringing together local wineries, breweries, distilleries, and food partners for one unforgettable night.

This year’s event will feature eight tasting vendors (with more being added), along with a popular raffle table, exciting live auction items, and plenty of opportunities to gather with friends while supporting an important mission. Tickets are $40 per person, and every dollar raised helps support the Blackstone Valley Emergency Shelter (BVES) and its work assisting individuals and families experiencing homelessness across our eight local communities.

Proceeds from the Tasting Event directly fund emergency shelter, longer-term housing support, and services that help people stabilize and move into permanent housing.

Tickets are limited, and this event sells out each year—don’t wait! Purchase tickets here: https://square.link/u/P0U6pFPi
