What's your New Year's resolution? At Blessings, we want to feed more kids in 2020, and Vitamin Shoppe is helping us do just that! On January 5, Vitamin Shoppe donated $5 for every social media post using the hashtag #NationalKetoDay.

The campaign raised a whopping $25,000 in support of Blessings in a Backpack.

The impact of Blessings in a Backpack goes beyond easing hunger pangs. At such a young age, food insecurity can impact a child's health, social development, cognitive growth, and general well-being.

Ensuring consistent access to food allows kids to come to school on Monday focused and ready to learn. Better test scores, expanded reading skills, improved health, and increased attendance are all attributed to consistent nourishment, which is what we help provide.
