Clergy Appreciation on

Family Sunday!

On 10/8, Family Sunday, the congregation surprised our beloved clergy with an impromptu

"Clergy Appreciation Day."

There was lei, and flowers, and fellowship all around!

Revs Libby, Jenn, and Bob were very touched.

Blessing of the Animals*

Tuesday morning 10/10

in St. Francis Garden

Folks came out with their sweet pets -- some live, some in photographs.

Mahalo to Reverends Brianna Lloyd and our own Rev. Jenn!

All animals were welcome!

Even plush animals were blessed!

* Saint Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of the environment and animals because he loved all creatures and allegedly preached to even the birds.

Each year HNC marks this day and honors his spirit.
