THE BOOK OF COMMON PRAYER

Why do we pray for the dead?
We pray for them, because we still hold them in our love, and because we trust that in God's presence those who have chosen to serve him will grow in his love, until they see him as he is. page 862

H oly Nativity Annual Pledge Campaign News

During our annual pledge drive, you have the opportunity to pledge your support for our parish during 2020. On the lanai are pledge cards available for you to complete. The Stewardship Committee is chaired by Bob Steele and Rich Miller. Our goal for this campaign is to receive at least 40 pledges, totaling at least $100,000. We are pleased that the entire Vestry has already pledged for next year. Let's all thank them for their leadership in this effort! You may approach Bob or Rich if you have questions or comments about pledging. We will be completing our drive with an offering of our pledges during the service on November 10; the service will include glorious music and be followed by sumptuous refreshments.
